38yo M sudden onset chest pain, L anterior radiating to back, described as deep ache. no aggrev or allev factors. Pt also has nausea and vomiting. Pt on coumadin s/p Accesory rib removal. No other PMH. VS-Stable EKG attached  |

looks pretty ischemic. would be nice to have old EKG from this guy. and it would be interesting to get repeat EKG's.
St elevation in lead III
RBBB
ST depression diffusely.
Flipped T's.
Pretty ischemic but I don't know if it meets STEMI criteria.
Collyer would def cath this guy. Were his trops elevated?
What were your thoughts?

was very concerned. looked like death. they did 2 trops and dc home as gastritis.
