first ecg meets sgarbossa criteria in LBBB, has ST concordant depression in several of the precordial leads. call STEMI.

the second fall into the smith equation for subtle early infarct. got a stent in the LAD after some dickering with cards

ahh yes that, what score did you get? without the qtc (i hate math and the pic is a little small, guessing about 500) I get around 33.2.

2nd ecg makes me nervous. wondering how many subtle/evolving infarcts go into (hopefully not out) the hospital unnoticed for many hours until trop or myoperfusion/echo/stress picks up on it.
