37 yofemale, smoker, htn, no fam history. at Kroger's and developed CP. 30 min later presents to ER. dramatic, annoying, fat, diaphoretic. ecg is attached. what do you think? Attachments:

sorry for the delay, i was on vacation and off the grid. they did take her to cath and she had stent in LAD. on the EKG there are 2 things consistent with a very early infarct. the hyperacute t waves in the precordial leads and the new t wave inversion in AVL. that plus her history bought her a cath
