It's available for free from the app store now. If you're using your free EMRA resident membership, you'll have to obtain a password to use the app. To do so, log into the EM:RAP website through your EMRA account, click the forgot your password link, and then create a new password. You can then use your email address and new password to log into the app.
Right now, the app is pretty basic, but they apparently plan to add more features down the line.

What's the best way to get EM:RAP as a podcast on my iPhone?

Two options. First is using the new app! However, I think they still have some bugs to work out. Other way is to log on to EM:RAP through EMRA (sign in to EMRA, then go to the benefits page where you can link to EM:RAP) and then in the top right hand corner there's a link to podcast setup which will walk you through the process. Basically, open any podcast app of your choice (I like downcast) then go back to the EM:RAP setup page and click the "subscribe in iOS" button, which will add it to your podcast app.
