37 yo female who smokes. no other PMH, no meds. has vertigo and mild posterior headache for 2 days which she woke up with. vital signs all normal. exam is all normal with the exception of mild ataxia when she walks. ct brain is normal. attached is CTA. can you see the abnormality? Attachments:

yes. we see a lot of vertigo in the ER. My one peice of advice is ALWAYS have the patient walk and look for ataxia. that was this ladys only abnormality on exam.
