after his history and physical i got a second EKG but made a slight change for it. the 2nd EKG is attached. what is your interp and management? what change did we do? Attachments:

EKG #2 definitely looks like a little hump on the ST consistent with Brugada more than the 1st. I can only think that leads were moved slightly closer together to get better amplitude but I don't see evidence of lead reversal from #1 to #2. I don't really see dagger like S waves for HOCM, Intrigued to hear what it was. I can tell you with the history the kid stays and sees Cardiology even with normal EKG.

just herd back from cards, it is brugada, going for AICD
